Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading teams in AI/ML projects.
• Deep expertise in ML engineering and MLOps or production-level Deep Reinforcement Learning.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills for remote work.
