Overview

The Verification Specialist provides administrative support to the U.S. Verification Unit by obtaining verifications for non-criminal background screening elements, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a call center.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • Team player with collaboration skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in managing priorities.
