Overview

The Vendor Management Specialist at First Advantage is responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring quality assurance processes, and overseeing API integrations while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management or QA.
• Experience with API integrations and UAT processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies and defect tracking tools.
• Self-starter with a focus on outcomes and results.
• Background in managing international vendor relationships preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated capability in strategy development and project management.
