Overview

The Operations Specialist is responsible for conducting accurate individual verification of the details provided by the candidate with the respective source in a timely manner within the agreed Service Level Agreement.

• Conduct individual verification of candidate details.
• Update the system on verification status.
• Chase candidates for necessary information/documents.
• Must reside within Metro Manila or nearby areas.

• Amenable to work remotely in the Night Shift.
• Experience in inbound calls is recommended.
• Valid NBI clearance is required.

Requirements

• 1 year in college with BPO experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer application proficiency.
• Amenable to night shifts.
• Experience with inbound transactions is a plus.
• Valid NBI clearance.
