Overview

• Responsible for operational processes and administration.
• Manage software asset management including licenses and cost control.
• Handle HR administration tasks such as onboarding and offboarding.
• Conduct funding management including research and application.
• 1-4 years of experience in operations, finance, HR, or project coordination.
• Degree or training in business administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliability and independent working style.
• Willingness to learn and interest in new topics.

• Degree or training in business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Affinity for numbers and enjoyment in structured work.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Reliability, discretion, and independent working style.
• Willingness to learn and interest in new topics (e.g., funding).
