Verification Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Complete insurance verifications daily, gathering breakdowns from payer portals and phone calls.
• Input insurance information accurately into Open Dental or similar PMS.
• Use our internal verification software and provide feedback to improve it.
• Collaborate with teammates to support workflow and maintain service quality.
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet daily deadlines with high accuracy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of dental office experience, specifically in insurance verification.
• Strong proficiency in Open Dental or other dental PMS.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.
