Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive cloud and digital-transformation solution adoption across the UK public sector. This role involves managing the full enterprise sales cycle and building strategic relationships.

In Short

  • Own and exceed revenue targets for SaaS solutions within UK Public Sector accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand our footprint across central government, local authorities, the NHS, and other public bodies.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to influence digital-transformation priorities and cloud-adoption strategies.
  • Leverage cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Stay current on UK Public Sector priorities, including cloud-first policies and procurement frameworks.
  • Represent the company at industry events and public-sector forums to build pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling SaaS or cloud solutions to UK Public Sector organisations.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close multi-year contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with effective communication at the executive level.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently while collaborating across teams.
