Overview

As an Engineering Manager at finmid, you will lead a team of software engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and scale fintech software, driving technical excellence and mentoring your team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering management.
• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong expertise in backend development and cloud infrastructures.
• Ability to drive projects to completion across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of software architecture and modern development methodologies.
• Experience with distributed teams and promoting inclusivity.
• Passion for mentoring and coaching team members.
• Adaptability to changing environments and continuous improvement.
