Overview

The Director of Field & Partner Marketing at Fingerprint will own the global strategy and execution for pillar events, regional field marketing, and alliance partner marketing, optimizing and scaling a proven go-to-market engine.

In Short

  • Own the field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and acceleration.

  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI and MQL metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing designers to ensure brand representation.
  • Partner with strategic Alliance partners for joint demand and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Guide a lean team with a focus on optimizing existing programs.
  • Strengthen alignment with Sales and Demand Generation.
  • Set the foundation for future team growth.
  • Support the sales team with brand engagement at events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in building and executing regional field/ABM programs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in partnership marketing and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and operational skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • Ability to draw insights from complex marketing data.
  • Experience in remote team management is a plus.
