Overview

The Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist will manage merchant relationships and work directly with business owners and sales agents across Canada to enhance their use of our consumer financing platform.

• Manage relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive growth with existing partners by reactivating underperforming accounts.
• Triage dealer loan issues to appropriate teams.
• Use product knowledge to increase partner activity.
• Update partners on the Financeit program and process.
• Teach businesses how to use tools for financing and payments.
• Train new employees at merchants on the Financeit platform.
• Ensure compliance with approval and risk requirements.
• Work closely with Merchant Approval, Activation, and Engagement teams.
