Bilingual Funding Officer, Concierge Support - Remote

Overview

As a Bilingual Funding Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing applications and providing an uncompromising level of customer service to our Partners and Borrowers.

In Short

• Manage and complete the loan adjudication process by validating supporting documentation.
• Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to merchants requiring additional document policy training.
• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all Partners and Borrowers.
• Calculate financial ratios to evaluate customers’ financial worthiness.
• Maintain knowledge of lending requirements and internal policies.
• Follow security and safeguarding procedures to prevent loss.
• Understand risks and take appropriate actions to maintain operational integrity.
• Review own work for accuracy and completeness.
