Maple is a fast-growing health tech company focused on providing virtual care services. We are looking for Bilingual Customer Support Coordinators to assist patients and providers through live chat and email.

In Short

  • Respond to inquiries in French and English via live chat and email.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Manage multiple conversations efficiently.
  • Adapt to new processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work within a ticketing system (Intercom).
  • Contribute feedback to improve internal processes.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer interactions.
  • Work full-time, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Join a supportive and passionate team dedicated to improving healthcare access.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills in French and English.
  • Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or call centers.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple systems.
  • Natural problem-solver with clear communication skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is an asset.
  • No healthcare background required.
