Overview

EyeCarePro is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Temporary Finance Officer to support our finance operations across our brands. This contract role involves providing critical support to our CFO and Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial tasks during a transitional period.

In Short

• Prepare and submit client invoices based on contracts.
• Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Maintain payroll data for employees and contractors.
• Process day-to-day financial transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Up to 8 years of experience in finance roles.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of compliance and reporting standards.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear communication skills for documentation.
