Client Success & Engagement Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Client Success & Engagement Specialist will support the onboarding of eye care professionals into the Patient Engage platform, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

In Short

• Conduct 5+ daily onboarding calls via video with referred eye doctors
• Use a provided call script with flexibility to personalize
• Guide practices through the setup of their vendor-sponsored reactivation campaign
• Coordinate with the EHR integration team for technical alignment
• Lead follow-up calls to monitor campaign progress
• Track client status, notes, and next steps in the CRM system
• Flag upsell opportunities for leadership collaboration
• Deliver a positive experience for clients

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in client onboarding or customer success
• CRM experience (Go High Level is a plus)
• Excellent verbal communication and video call etiquette
• Comfortable with repetitive, structured interactions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare or optometry is an advantage
