Overview

The Client Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in assisting clients with tax reporting and compliance needs through the ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting solution.

In Short

  • Assist clients in tax reporting and compliance needs.
  • Manage client services including data mapping and loading.
  • Prepare custom and standard reports for clients.
  • Generate print files and manage electronic file transmissions.
  • Maintain client relationships and communications.
  • Partner with teams for training and implementation.
  • Work extended hours during peak processing periods.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage accounts.
  • Preferred experience in the 1099 and information return industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or accounting.
  • CPA or other accounting/financial designations preferred.
  • Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Office applications.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and account management.
  • Outsourcing or vendor partner service experience.
  • Knowledge of ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting products preferred.
