The Client Engagement Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and communication regarding specimen submissions, results, and all customer service contacts.

  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Passionate about customer service in healthcare.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Comfortable interacting with technical staff.
  • Driven to work within a remote setting.
  • 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
