Overview

The Client Engagement Specialist is a key member of the ResidencyCAS team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our user community. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, the Specialist will provide impactful training, support, and content that empowers users to make the most of our solutions.

In Short

• Provide one-on-one training and support for users.
• Organize and lead group training sessions at events.
• Create user-friendly support materials.
• Gather and act on user feedback for service improvement.
• Provide problem-solving support for user issues.
• Manage overflow support during peak periods.
• Drive continuous improvement in user support strategies.
• Develop subject matter expertise on the ResidencyCAS platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of medical residency program experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Liaison solutions and services is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrate a service-first mentality.
• Comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to travel 2-3 times per quarter.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is a plus.
