Overview

Thomson Reuters is seeking a collaborative and innovative Manager of Enablement & Partnerships for our Midlaw segment. In this role, you will own all sales enablement activities and act as the primary representative for partner-related initiatives.

In Short

  • Own all MLF segment sales enablement activities.
  • Design, deliver, and improve enablement programs for the sales team.
  • Act as the primary representative for all MLF partner initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with partners for mutual success.
  • Lead the rollout and management of the partner reseller program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for unified strategy.
  • Deliver effective field communications and training.
  • Solicit feedback to identify enablement gaps and opportunities.
  • Experience in sales enablement, partnership management, or related function.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or partnership management.
  • Ability to design and deliver impactful programs.
  • Experience launching and managing partner programs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solver adapting materials for diverse audiences.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives and large groups.
  • Knowledge of the legal market and products preferred.
