Overview

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will be part of a global team responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of applications and infrastructure. This role involves working closely with customers and support teams to troubleshoot issues, develop knowledgebase articles, and improve operational processes.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Application Production Support.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing and SAAS applications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of customer support processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and application monitoring tools.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
