Overview

The Finance Officer will provide administrative and financial support to the Finance function, collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience.

• Support the Finance Manager and Financial Accountant.
• Handle end-to-end finance function and month-end processes.
• Process invoices, journal entries, and supplier payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Coordinate staff travel bookings and reimbursements.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance functions in small-medium businesses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and lateral thinking.
• Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar accounting programs is a plus.
