Overview

As Finalis continues to rapidly grow, we seek a Sales Account Executive to join our Growth Team. The Sales Team is at the core of Finalis’ business, responsible for driving various sales initiatives across the company.

In Short

  • Develop and own a sales pipeline for Finalis’ core product lines.
  • Communicate Finalis’ value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close sales prospects.
  • Cultivate an understanding of the Finalis sales process and develop analytics.
  • Set the sales pace for the growth team and organization.
  • Take ownership over the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing.
  • Manage and improve sales automations and systems.
  • Develop and report on KPIs to inform sales trends.
  • Lead market sizing and competitive landscaping processes.
  • Manage and grow the Finalis sales organization.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions with a proven history of exceeding targets.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Passion for metrics and dashboard visualizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and curious mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
