Overview

The Territory Safety Manager - Specialty Groups role provides field leadership and support for Specialty Group leadership and associates in a given territory, focusing on health, safety, and environmental issues.

In Short

  • Lead safety initiatives and hold leaders accountable for safety standards.
  • Implement HSE training programs and processes.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and conduct HSE inspections.
  • Document HSE incidents and perform accident investigations.
  • Compile data on incident rates and communicate with senior leadership.
  • Provide guidance on health and safety for projects.
  • Travel required throughout the Eastern US.
  • 5 years of HSE experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
  • Must have valid Driver's License.
  • Certification in OSHA safety procedures preferred.
  • Ability to work in non-controlled environmental conditions.
  • Exceptional presentation and written skills.
  • Self-starter requiring minimal direction.
  • Ability to travel 30%-50% throughout eastern US.
