Senior Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead the analysis, documentation, communication, and approval of business requirements for software applications, focusing on the Xactly and Incent platforms.

In Short

• Lead functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple releases.
• Validate system configurations and incentive plan calculations.
• Identify and track software defects, collaborating for resolution.
• Support automation opportunities to improve testing efficiency.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Advise on processes across ServiceNow and Atlassian platforms.
• Deliver training for end users and develop documentation.
• Perform system testing independently and with users.
• Assist with IT project documentation and prepare reports.
• Maintain organized records of IT procedures and troubleshooting instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
• Experience with Xactly and Connect systems preferred.
• Proven ability to document and refine business and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication abilities.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies.
• Experience with collaboration and workflow management platforms.
• Experience supporting change readiness and user adoption.
• Exceptional customer engagement skills.
• Knowledge of intake or prioritization processes in technology operations.
