Overview

As a Digital Sales Representative at Ferguson, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through sales, enhancing opportunities within every call to drive revenue and overall company growth.

In Short

  • Handle inbound call/chat volume, taking 40-50 customer interactions daily.
  • Complete monthly Brand Sales Trainings (BST).
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and problem-solving skills.
  • Log and retain precise customer information in Salesforce.com.
  • Proactively identify and report issues encountered during workflow.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of 15-20 sales associates.
  • Measure success through call quality and profit dollars generated.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and possess superior interpersonal skills.
  • Meet schedule adherence requirements as per Genesys phone system.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of prior sales, retail, or customer service experience.
  • Experience with critical thinking tools to solve customer issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office suites.
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.
  • Reliable and consistent internet connection.
  • Adaptable approach to work.
