Overview

The Digital Sales Representative at Ferguson is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through sales, handling inbound calls and chats, and enhancing customer relationships.

In Short

  • Handle 40-50 inbound customer calls/chats per day.
  • Complete monthly Brand Sales Trainings.
  • Maintain high call quality and customer service standards.
  • Log customer interactions accurately in Salesforce.com.
  • Identify and report inefficiencies in workflows.
  • Collaborate with a team of sales representatives.
  • Meet performance metrics for call quality and revenue generation.
  • Work remotely or in a hybrid model from Chico, CA.
  • Flexible weekend shifts based on performance.
  • Be committed to enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing service role preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suites.
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM for calls and 45+ WPM for chats.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Self-motivated and a fast learner.
