Overview

Ferguson is seeking a Disaster Recovery & Resilience professional to support enterprise IT continuity and technical recovery capabilities. This role focuses on developing recovery strategies, leading resilience testing, and ensuring critical systems are restored during disruptions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in disaster recovery or business continuity.
• Experience in developing BIA and TRP.
• Strong understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO, and ITIL.
• Experience in resilience exercises and live-environment testing.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with resilience engineering and disaster recovery planning.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BCDR, ITIL, CISA).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
