FusionTek is seeking a Technical Recovery Lead to provide excellence in high-touch technical management for incident response projects, focusing on client communication and technical decision-making.

In Short

• Provide technical management for incident response recovery efforts.
• Communicate frequently with clients and stakeholders.
• Work primarily Fri – Mon, 9am – 7.30pm ET.
• Document and track project tasks through a ticketing system.
• Serve as an escalation point for technical questions.
• Work with a team to deliver world-class service.
• Translate technical information for non-technical clients.
• Manage projects that may begin outside traditional business hours.
• Maintain documentation throughout the recovery process.
• Be the primary incident response contact on weekends.
