FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider focused on IT infrastructure management for small- to mid-sized businesses. We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to ensure the overall client experience and drive growth within customer accounts.

In Short

• Responsible for managing the client experience for assigned accounts.
• Serve as the client champion and primary escalation point for service delivery.
• Partner with sales and leadership to create growth strategies.
• Ensure client loyalty and service renewals.
• Work to reduce revenue churn and improve documentation.
• Conduct virtual and onsite client visits as needed.
• Maintain high-speed internet access and distraction-free work environment.
• Expected to be 95% remote with occasional travel.
• Engage in weekly meetings to review client health.
• Educate clients and internal teams on feedback and discussions.
