Overview

The Client Relationship Manager at Nelnet Business Services is responsible for managing a designated group of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and advocating for their needs while generating revenue opportunities.

In Short

  • Manage a group of FACTS clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Meet with clients at least twice a year in person.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
  • Advocate for client needs and new product features.

  • Gather competitive information to evaluate market position.
  • Develop strategic customer service plans with other departments.
  • Maintain positive communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work remotely from a home office.

Requirements

  • 4-year undergraduate degree, preferably in business or technology.
  • 3-5 years of sales and account management experience.
  • Experience in the private or public education market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve conflicts.
  • Flexibility and open-mindedness.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • High level of integrity and commitment.
