Overview

FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider focused on IT infrastructure management for small- to mid-sized businesses. We are looking for a Help Desk Support Technician dedicated to client satisfaction and skilled in resolving technical issues.

In Short

  • Provide desktop and laptop support, including break/fix issues.
  • Install and configure applications and user level settings.
  • Investigate and remediate malware alerts.
  • Assist users in enrolling in MFA.
  • Document, track, and escalate tickets through our ticketing system.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in our platform.
  • Work with a team to deliver world-class service to clients.
  • Work schedule is Friday to Monday, flexible timing during daylight hours.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Focus on client satisfaction and technical issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of desktop operating systems.
  • Experience with Windows 10 / 11 and MacOS.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to document and track technical issues effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Availability to work the specified schedule.
