Overview

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems within a global animal health company.

  • Perform network administration tasks such as configuring routers and switches

Requirements

  • Proven experience in network administration, DNS management, and technical support
  • Proficiency in computer management, software troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance
  • Knowledge of Linux and Mac OS operating systems
  • Strong understanding of computer networking principles
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels.
