Accounts Payable Clerk - Remote

Overview

We are a global animal health company seeking an experienced detail-oriented accounts payable professional to join our organization, where you will interact with accounting and operations personnel to ensure proper invoice processing.

In Short

• Audit and review employee expense reimbursements.
• Review incoming invoices for processing.
• Data entry of vendor invoices for payment.
• Provide basic analysis and assist with vendor inquiries.
• Process payments to third-party vendors.
• Research aged invoices for resolution.
• Assist in weekly AP reporting.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Contribute to quarter-end close and accrual processes.
• Excellent computer skills required, including MS Excel.

• Experience with MS Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
