In Short

• Responsible for processing and booking accounts payable invoices
• Create and manage both automated payment runs and manual payment transactions
• Handle open items and incoming reminders, as well as balance confirmations
• Review travel expense reports according to our expense guidelines and tax regulations
• Maintain and reconcile accounts in the subsidiary ledger
• Participate in closing activities

Requirements

• Commercial training and experience in accounts payable
• Proficient in SAP R/3 (CO/FI), possibly some experience with S4 HANA
• Strong knowledge of tax law and invoice verification
• Engaged personality with the ability to work flexibly and independently
• Strong team and communication skills
