Accounting Clerk (Part-Time) - Remote

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk (w/m/d) who will support our financial processes with care and commitment. In Short

• Independent booking of incoming and outgoing invoices, including account reconciliation and clarification
• Booking of bank statements, cash receipts, travel expense reports, and credit cards
• Preparation and processing of payment runs
• Processing of fixed assets
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Booking of inventory changes
• Creation of cost center and cost bearer evaluations
• Preparation of VAT advance returns, ZM, as well as statistics and certificates
• Participation in controlling

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an accountant or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in financial accounting
• Good MS Office skills
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• eGecko knowledge desirable
• Structured and team-oriented working style
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
