In Short

• Maintain bank and credit card feeds, ensuring accurate mapping to expense categories.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts with precision.
• Record incoming bills and track approvals efficiently.
• Assist with invoicing and maintain commission trackers for our sales team.
• Submit employee HSA and 401(k) contributions promptly.
• Monitor the E7 Accounting email inbox and manage company-wide travel arrangements and expense tracking.
• Create positive experiences for employees, clients, and vendors.
• Support office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
