In Short

  • Join our team as an Incident Response Technical Lead.
  • Provide excellence in high-touch technical management for incident response projects.
  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders through various channels.
  • Translate technology to clients who aren’t always technical.
  • Make decisions on the client’s recovery strategy.
  • Serve as escalation point and subject matter expert.
  • Work through a ticketing system to manage project tasks.
  • Document and track project updates diligently.
  • Work with a team to deliver world-class service.
  • Be available for projects that may start outside of traditional hours.

Requirements

  • Proactive problem-solver with a client-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Broad technical foundation in incident response.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation platforms.
  • Ability to work outside traditional business hours as needed.
