Overview

As a Cyber Incident Response Lead at Experian, you will be responsible for responding to, containing, investigating, and coordinating the mitigation of security events, working within the Global Security Office and Cyber Fusion Center.

In Short

  • Conduct advanced incident response activities to investigate cybersecurity matters.
  • Orchestrate workstreams across teams and explain timelines of attacker activity.
  • Manage multiple cases related to security incidents throughout the incident response lifecycle.
  • Coordinate successful conclusion of security incidents according to procedures.
  • Maintain case documentation for assigned security incidents.
  • Support overall direction for the Cyber Fusion Center.
  • Mentor and provide advanced support to analysts.
  • Work with various operating systems and security technologies.
  • Interpret logs from various sources to identify root causes.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule for cybersecurity incidents.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
  • Experience with SIEMs and network analysis tools.
  • Skills in Incident Response and Security Monitoring applications.
  • Certifications in incident response or cybersecurity preferred.
  • Security Management certification required within two years.
  • Preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zone.
