Overview

As a member of Experian's Global Security Office, you will respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring effective containment and recovery from cyber threats.

In Short

  • Conduct advanced incident response activities to investigate cybersecurity matters.
  • Orchestrate workstreams across teams for effective incident management.
  • Respond to cyber security events and manage incidents throughout their lifecycle.
  • Maintain case documentation and manage assigned caseload.
  • Interpret logs to identify root causes of incidents.
  • Mentor analysts and provide advanced support.
  • Support the overall direction of the Cyber Fusion Center.
  • Participate in on-call schedules for incident response.
  • Work with diverse teams to ensure effective remediation.
  • Maintain knowledge of common operating systems and security technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Incident Response and Investigative Methodology.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.
  • Experience with SIEMs and network analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of intrusion methods and cyber-attack tactics.
  • Relevant certifications in incident response or cybersecurity.
  • Hold or obtain a Security Management certification.
  • Ability to work outside normal hours as needed.
