Senior Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Consultant is a key role in driving and communicating the value of our Data Platforms solutions in the clients’ ecosystem. You will understand our Customer Experience technology stack and use that as a framework to develop a deep understanding of how our solutions fit into that framework to enable our client’s vision from the perspective of data flows, process flows, systems integrations and ways of working.

In Short

• Interface with clients' business and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand the clients' data ecosystem.
• Support project delivery for various project types.
• Synthesize complex information into concise points of view.
• Perform data analysis to assess use case requirements.
• Develop thought leadership material and sales content.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing and Customer Data Platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience with CRM implementation.
• Familiarity with data profiling and analysis tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with marketing and customer experience use cases.
• Knowledge of customer identity resolution concepts.
• Experience with data query tools/languages (SQL, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Mastery of MS Office tools.
• Experience with work management tools (JIRA, Workfront).
• Understanding of project management/change management methodologies.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely.
