The Senior Business Systems Analyst supports analytical aspects of the application product life cycle, collaborating with customers on complex issues to gather project specifications and translate business needs into detailed requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• No specific certifications required; ITIL and PMP preferred.
