Senior Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for our Coupa and ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms. In this role, you will lead high-visibility projects, partner with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and IT, and design scalable solutions that streamline procurement, invoicing, expenses, and supplier management.

• Act as the primary SME for Coupa and ServiceNow S2P.
• Configure and maintain Coupa modules.
• Manage ServiceNow S2P workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow processes.
• Experience with ERP integrations and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
