Sustainability Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Sustainability Reporting Analyst will support Ferguson’s reporting initiatives, including the annual sustainability report and responses to customer information requests, while working to enhance the company's reputation in sustainability.

• Support sustainability reporting and management.
• Ensure reliability of sustainability-related data.
• Implement Greenhouse Gas Accounting processes.
• Manage vendor relationships for data management solutions.
• Engage with sustainability raters for competitive scores.
• Monitor sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in sustainability metrics.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a quantitative and analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability.
• Willingness to learn new frameworks and tools.
• Experience with Sphera and Workiva platforms is a plus.
• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Experience responding to ESG rating agencies is a plus.
