Overview

Ferguson is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, responsible for the design, administration, and governance of compensation programs.

In Short

  • Join the Total Rewards COE at Ferguson.

  • Collaborate with various HR teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market pricing using survey data.
  • Support strategy and policy development for compensation.
  • Assist with compliance and documentation of compensation practices.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Work in a fully remote capacity.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of compensation or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or CCP certification preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize work efficiently.
  • Problem-solving and learning mentality.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
