Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a sales and technical role focused on supporting the sales team with technical skills and knowledge around F5 solutions to customers.

In Short

• Support the sales team with technical expertise.
• Articulate F5's product strategy and value proposition.
• Deliver technical presentations and demos to customers.
• Identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure deal closures.
• Provide world-class customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Manage multiple Proof of Concepts (POCs) simultaneously.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and security threats.
• Participate in training and certification for F5 products.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related industry experience.
• Experience with Web and Mobile App security solutions.
• Knowledge of OWASP threats and mitigations.
• Experience with WAF, Load Balancers, and DNS.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, OSCP, OSWE) are a plus.
• Experience with F5 or similar solutions is a plus.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
