Requirements

• 8+ years pre-sales experience with complex technical products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer communications needs.
• Previous software development experience in relevant languages.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms.
• Experience in Telecom or Customer Engagement is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
