• We are seeking a Solutions Engineer who has a passion for using their strong communication and technical skills to present a customized solution to our prospective customers.
• This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in building a business, have a huge and direct impact on top line revenue growth.
• Conducting highly effective product demonstrations with prospective customers.
• Leading client workshops for data and process gathering.
• Listening to understand customer pain points and connecting their needs to LogicGate solution features.
• Configuring LogicGate's no code platform for customized demonstrations.
• Building relationships with prospective customers and becoming a trusted advisor.
• Conducting webinars and assisting in content creation.
• Providing feedback to the Product team for potential features.
• Collaborating with Customer Success in the transition of customers.

Requirements

• 4+ Years experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in conducting and tailoring software demonstrations.
• Curiosity and the desire to understand our customer’s problems.
• The ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Passion for SaaS applications and understanding their value.
