  • Drive Adoption and Expansion: Partner with account teams to guide successful onboarding and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to provide customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise software.
  • Proficiency in advising customers on technical integrations.
  • Passion for problem-solving and creative solutions.
