Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with 2+ years developing generative AI products.
• Comfort in prototyping and pathfinding new opportunities.
• Experience in the full lifecycle of early-phase AI development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect abstract modeling tasks with business value.

Benefits

• Base salary + variable pay ranging from $200,000 - $250,000 + benefits.
