Overview

As the Manager of Strategic Accounts, Education at ezCater, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives focused on the Education vertical. Your leadership will be central to fostering their skills, refining processes, and utilizing tools to effectively present, close, and earn the trust of our Corporate Customers, thereby growing the adoption of ezCater features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B and/or Enterprise Sales Management experience.
  • 6+ years of business-facing sales or negotiation experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and G-Suite.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Experience leading teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Experience using data and metrics for improvements.
  • Experience selling into Education entities.
  • Proven success in account development.
  • Comfortable with hands-on management.
  • High threshold for working in a fast-paced environment.
