In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor to front-line and mid-level leadership on matters such as performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, and employee engagement.
• Partner with managers to improve engagement, retention, and morale through the execution of custom people initiatives, solutions, and interventions.
• Manage and resolve low-to-moderate complexity employee relations/performance matters.
• Facilitate core people processes and programs for your client group.
• Monitor people metrics and stay interview themes to identify trends and proactive solutions.
• Ensure practices are conducted equitably and consistently.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated People Business Partner capacity.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, approachable, and personable.
• Able to understand the big picture and execute work that supports strategic direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Action-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, with the ability to follow through on commitments.
